Every machine and therefore every rolls is designed for individual desires of every client. Thus every roll has to be designed in the same way. Designing and machining of shafts is part of our work. In this way every client can be sure that he will get a perfect and functioning roll.
Repair of rolls
The ability to repair rolls depends on the material. Some grades have the ability to allow a repair of parts of the roll. An exact answer can only be given after investigating the used material and a personal call.
The term "repair of rolls" means to us the maintenance of every kind of used roll. Rubber, PU or non woven rolls need from time to time a precise turning or grinding to its correct sizes. Only in this way the client can be sure that the roll keeps its performance.
The repair of shafts – i.e. repair of necks, controlling of bearing seats or balancing, can be done at every time in our machine shop.
On demand we can also arrange the transport of the used roll.
